As a result, the Grip-Its were too small for my notably large hands to get ahold of to really move the fabric.
BONUS: They come in a very cute little purple bag and the packaging definitely shows pride and care taken in the product.
The company I purchased these from, as well, was OUTSTANDING in their handling a my original, cranky review. Outstanding at every touch point even though I could certainly have been more kind in how I described my disappointment.
The problem wasn't the product, it was me.
I'm pretty sure I was overly cranky that day. Seems like several things came in the mail and none of them were what I expected. HOWEVER, as it pertains to YOUR product, the fact is I have "man hands", or hands that are larger than the typical woman.
I already sent them to my best friend who is TINY and has tiny hands. I've not heard what she thinks, but she's not much for Free Motion. I AM, however, truly impressed with your willingness to stand behind your product and "make good", if need be.
I'm going to up the review from 1 star to 4 stars on your customer service, alone.
