Horween, to me, is a much better shell. I have both and prefer the smell, look and feel of the Horween shell better. Shinki shell, is about half the price of Horween shell though.

shawn4943I also own both, and like them equally although they are quite different. Horween feels a bit 'waxier' to me, which is nice; Shinki has a subtle mottled look that I find quite beautiful.
