It took 4 months to get our item......that is crazy amount of time to wait. Once they shipped the item....it was damaged. Seriously?

CMFlash21I asked for a refund and the response was that they couldn't do it because they had already "placed the order with the vendor".

CMFlash21I wouldn't be so sure Vdoc actually needed a refund for this...everyone else who ordered got their refunds back, and they didn't even need to ask...so Vdoc I think your item just got lost somewhere while shipping :P
