Does the blue light coating change the hue of the colors represented on the screen?

Yes, it would. The coating will block some wavelengths of blue light, so colors will appear to be more of an orange hue.

I have an old set of Gunnar's that have some magnification to them. Not much, not but it is perceptible. Do these lenses also have magnification?

All Gunnar None Prescription Glasses come with +0.2 magnification according to the company. Basically their structure helps your eyes relax and see clearer for a short range viewing - such as your phone or computer screen. Some people, like myself, do not have a problem wearing them all day. I also like using them for night drives - reduces glare from lights.
