I stopped using my Gunnars. The yellow tint looks like shit and actually isn't recommended by optometrists. I use a pair of reading glasses with blue light protection i got at Costco for cheap. Very clear, better quality, and easier on the eyes

NoontideIf the magnification needed for your eyes is stronger than 0.5 then reading glasses with blue filter can be a cheaper solution according to the optician I visited. He couldn't confirm or deny the usefulness of amber tinted glasses or gunners claim their design helps prevent dry eyes. That said I'm still going to try this as I suffer from dry eyes and headaches and the cost is much cheaper than buying prescription glasses which I don't need yet.
