ronmacdonI don't have experience with both but did want to input that these might also help with fluorescent bulbs on the ceiling? Maybe.

ronmacdonIts about their rating for diminishing harmful 'blue' light. The crystallized lenses block out 10%, amber is 60% and the liquidity[sic] or whatever is 30%. I like the look of the clear ones as well, but they were designed exclusively for designers and people who need to work with high fidelity color.
Unfortunately it also kind of eliminates the purpose. So while I am a designer and color artist I'll probably still be going yellow and just not using for color work.
