These are game changers! I work in IT and was getting massive headaches and eye fatigue less than half way through the work day. Since I got these I get through every day feeling clear headed with the added benefit that everyone at the office says I look smarter 😎🤣. The only major concern I have with the Cerberus model is the lenses are bonded to the back of the frame not sandwiched between frame material making them feel a bit flimsy. I've never worn glasses before so I'm not sure how often they normally need to be cleaned but I generally wash mine 1-3 times a week and find they clean easily if you follow the care instructions. I recommend these to anyone that spends extended periods of time looking at monitors.
