Would like to know the benefits of using these over something like Flux.
Edit: Thanks guys, I wear glasses so maybe not the best idea for me!

LaneyyI actually have gunners I bought a while back but ended up using Flux on pc (and Twilight on my phone) because Its a hassle to wear them all the time, its light weight but still kind of weird feeling to me. (They feel cheaply made too unfortunately but maybe it's just subjective), I don't wear prescription optics so maybe someone who is used to the feeling may find it ok. I really do hope Flux does provide some protection (and I do think it does), so much easier not having to use additional equipment. That's just my personal opinion though. I don't do a lot of "esports" (I hate that stupid commercialized name!) but I am on my pc for at least 10 hours per day. Also, in relation to fms dropping on Flux, the common "safe mode" fix seems to work.

LaneyyI got my Gunnars a year back. Here are my opinions on them.
Cons: - I do not need to use prescription glasses, so wearing them at first was slightly uncomfortable. - The curved lenses very slightly magnifies my vision so it strains my eyes as I was comfortable with my normal viewing distance to my monitor. - I don't feel different in terms of level of alertness when I wear this. Perhaps because I am already used to the "blue-light"
Pros: - Can wear them and view different devices. PC, PS4, HP, 3DS, Vita, etc., without having to install different apps for them. - Helps reduce drying of eyes if you play with a fan blowing into your face. Really helps when I game on my PS4. - They do look cool, especially if you don't usually wear glasses.

LaneyyIf you wear glasses you need to get the RX version of Gunnar. I wear glasses also and I had a pair of Gunnars. The only other way to use it is if you wear contacts. At one time I also wore contacts so it worked for wearing the Gunnar. The glasses help reduce eye strain by blocking out blue light emitted by the LED on your LCD monitor. I would say it helped and it was also good for gaming as I spotted enemies much faster in FPS games. But the tint ruins it for color correction if you're doing things like Photoshop. If you need color accuracy you should consider getting the version they label as "Crystalline" instead of the "Amber" tint.
As for Flux, never used it before so I don't have any experience with it.
