GrooveDoesn't block enough light to use for sunglasses. I use to block bright office lights sometimes. I have worn the Vaypers outside accidentally just because I literally forgot they were there haha. Also I do sometimes use them for driving especially at night.
GrooveIt is mainly designed to filter out bluelight from monitors and such. You can wear it indoors, no problem, but it has a slight diopter for monitor use (0.25 if I remember correctly)
