You promised us (Gustard DAC buyers) to refund $30. But I didn't get it yet. Did this happen to only me or to the other 8 buyers too? I can wait for the refund, if you didn't forget to refund it. However, I or we, need to be informed. Please don't have us get anxious about it.

I show that the $30 was subtracted from the total to your account so that you're paying only the lowest drop pricing + shipping to KR. Let me know if this isn't the case.
Danny_LiuI need help! I just now opened up my GUSTARD DAC-X12 USB version and was disappointed to see the CD for the driver damaged, therefore, I'm unable to use the product itself. I either need a new CD, or a website to download the driver for it (which is proven difficult since the company doesn't even have its own website).
