Massdrop messed up big time with my Gustard H10. Just got it today, plugged it in, heard some popping noise and smokes came out. I checked the voltage clearly before plugging it in, it should be 230v so I was wondering what the heck happened? Opened it up to check the voltage selector, it's set at 110v. Damn. I am totally disappointed.

Massdrop will take care of you. Just send them an email. But be patient because I'm sure they are super busy.
And I'm pretty sure that is Gustards fault.

Yup. It was definitely Gustard's fault, not really Massdrop. Anyway, Massdrop support already replied to me and are sorting it out now.
Hats off to Massdrop support for the prompt and immediate action. Topnotch customer service!
