Ok, so I'm not very smart when it comes to computer sources stuff, as that's not my choice of input, but I have been doing my research on the Geshelli Enog 2 Pro DAC that I've just ordered. If, from what I can gather from what others have said, you want to run a USB input from something, into a DAC like the Geshelli for instance, which wants a toslink connection, then this is what you need to convert USB to fibre optic, and it does nothing but that. Please tell me if I'm wrong, but hopefully this will help some people who may be confused as to what this is.

ChattoYou are correct. What you need, to use your Geshelli Labs Enog2 Pro DAC with a USB source, is a USB to SPDIF converter. The Gustard U12 performs this function. There are also other devices on the market which do the same thing. You just need to make sure such a device outputs SPDIF in the form of a Coaxial or toslink optical connection. A few other good options for this would be the Topping D10, HoloAudio XEME2VE, or the Schiit Eitr.

TWillyYeah, thanks. It's not something that I need, because I run toslink, but because I'd been on forums about the Geshelli enog, I saw that this seemed to be what a lot of people were looking for in that use case. I wasn't sure, so thanks for the conformation, and I hope this helps some people who may be confused as to what this is.✌️

ChattoToslink can have difficulty locking on to signals greater than 24bit/96kHz. Geshelli is listing 192kHz compatibility for all inputs (including optical) so you should be safe but personally I would go digital coax as an extra layer of precaution.
