MQA Decoding, Class-Leading Transparency

Continuing to lead the pack in DAC performance, Gustard is back with the X16: a feature-loaded conversion powerhouse with the latest DAC chipset. In this case, it’s two ESS ES9068S DAC chips—both of which are capable of MQA decoding, giving listeners access to raw, uncompressed sounds straight from the studio. With other high-end components like an XMOS XU216 processor and dual American-made ACCUSILICON femtosecond crystal oscillators, the X16 achieves less than 0.0001-percent THD and crosstalk levels less than 130 decibels. A wide range of inputs and outputs makes this high-performance DAC easy to integrate into any setup, while two-way Bluetooth with support for LDAC, aptX Low Latency, and aptX HD codecs ensures the highest level of wireless connectivity.
