I purchased these JVC HA-FW1000T IEM's in February. Yesterday the left IEM began to emit a hissing sound, but no audio (other than to announce "Power On") The Right IEM was functioning normally. I followed the troubleshooting guide on the JVC website and performed a factory reset. Now the left IEM will not power on and the right IEM will not connect. I contacted Drop to ask how to get the IEM's repaired or replaced under warranty... Their answer was to ask here in the Community discussion forum. So, I'll ask here... My six month old JVC HA-FW1000T IEM's have died. How do I get them repaired or replaced under warranty. I can't find that information on the JVC website, and Drop tells me to ask here.
