On the Yasai Giri, is this a single bevel like a usoba bocho? What is the angle? Carbon?

Yup, I know, but I want to know exactly what this is since there have been so many Japanese looking knives made for the US market that are not traditional. Main question is single or double bevel.

None of these knives are single bevel, or at least it's incredibly unlikely as none of the knives in the drop have a shinogi (see here:

, though the shinogi line is actually right where the different color starts). Without a shinogi, a traditional single bevel blade just makes no sense
