When the original Pan Europ watch debuted in 1971, it featured an iconic Calibre II movement, making it one of the first automatic chronographs. Now it’s back, this time larger and without chronograph functionality—but still with all the 70s racing bravado that made it a classic in the first place. The Hamilton Pan Europ Automatic features the company’s own H-30 25-jewel movement with a remarkable 80-hour power reserve. The dial, available in two different colors, features polished hour markers and a day and date window at 3 o’clock. The barrel-shaped case is made from stainless steel with a sapphire crystal to resist scratching. Use the unidirectional rotating bezel to keep track of elapsed time. What’s more, the watch is water resistant to 50 meters.
