As you guys may know, the orders for the Hammer BSP Classic Beige PBT Dye-Subbed Keycap Set were cancelled due to a logistics issue that we encountered with the drop. This resulted in everyone’s transaction in the drop being cancelled and your payment being refunded.
After a bit of work with our engineering team, we were able to find a way to have you rejoin the Hammer BSP Classic Beige PBT Dye-Subbed Keycap Set/ Dr. Click drops. Our workaround was to make it so that the drop orders all registered as failed payments, which will allow you to go back into your transaction to re-submit your payment info to get added back in and have your payment charged. This option will have a cutoff of November 9th, 2018, so make sure that you rejoin by that date if you still want your order.
If you are interested in re-joining the drop, please follow these directions:
1. First head over to your Massdrop Transactions page here: https://www.massdrop.com/transactions
On your Transactions page, you should see a notification that says “The following payment may require your attention __”.
2. Underneath that banner, you’ll see your transaction for the Hammer BSP Classic Beige PBT Dye-Subbed Keycap Set. At the bottom of the order summary will be a red “Payment Error”. Please click there, where it says “ Retry Payment”

3. This will direct you to a new page which has your options that you selected when you made your initial order.
*IMPORTANT: PLEASE DON’T MAKE ANY EDITS TO YOUR ORDER OPTIONS AT THIS TIME. THE SHIPMENT HAS ALL ALREADY BEEN PREPARED, ANY EDITS MADE NOW MAY RESULT IN YOUR ORDER BEING UNFULFILLABLE.4. 5. Once you’ve filled in the payment info, please click on the green “Join” button, and you will be back in the drop!
XiKWill there be a way for us to add on more kits such as the newly offered hebrew and cyrillic sets? Or are we getting randomly chosen ones shipped along with out order?

XiKWait, didn't Hammer himself just say that it wouldn't be random? I'm just looking for some clarity here.
Second, I'm also still concerned because I've yet to hear anything about the add-on sets (winkey, icons, RGB), will these be refunded or are they being made as well? If they're being made shouldn't they be significantly cheaper as well since we are now getting 2 base kits for the price of one?
Finally, the original sets themselves had costs that varied quite a bit, Arabic being the cheapest and APL being $10 extra and each Tulip being $25 extra. Is this price discrepancy still the case for CRP or should we expect some sort of refund for the extra price we payed when it was BSP?
I guess I'm mainly concerned with the lack of information we are getting at this stage, especially as it relates to the price. We are told we are getting 2 base sets for every 1 we bought before, but that's all we as buyers know. You're making us sit here, well after the original projected delivery date, and hope that we are still getting a good value product of high quality while being given the absolute minimal information, and it's extremely concerning.

As it currently stands I have about $110 hung up in RGB and Icon kits that it sounds like I won't be getting and another $60 in "upgrades" to APL and Tulip sets. What happens there? I apologize if this sounds rude to keep pressing you on the issue, but with the seeming lack of organization, outright unwillingness to answer simple questions, and obvious disconnect with Hammer from the Massdrop team, I am starting to get more worried.

XiKAre these still made by BSP? The drop name remains the same when rejoining. I missed out on this drop but would like to know in case I see these on r/mm in the future. Thanks!
XiK@XiK I posted what follows below in a separate comment but never received a response, so I am posting as a reply here for clarity (since this seems like a related post by you made previously). Again, I would have preferred to handle this in private, but Massdrop's support team has continually said that this is the only way to get into contact with you regarding this drop. Also, I understand that this issue is long past, but from prior experience, I know that Massdrop typically orders extra sets for these sorts of drops so I still have some small amount of hope that this issue can be resolved yet. "I had trouble with my payment a few weeks back. I tried to rejoin the drop around 7PM PST on the final day of the re-join window but by then it had already closed prematurely. I messaged support immediately after realizing this, and after a few messages back and forth I was told that it was a flaw in their system and it wasn't supposed to close until 11PM PST on that day. In our conversation, they told me there was no way for them to add me back into the drop, however, because the order had already been submitted to the vendor.
At that point, I messaged Hammer directly on geekhack in hopes of there being some way to get the sets that I have been patiently waiting for since Spring. He said to first try and reach out to you directly to see if there is anything you can do on the Massdrop side of things. I didn't want to have to make a post on the public group buy page because it didn't feel pertinent to other buyers necessarily, but after speaking with support once again they said that this was the only way to get into contact with you directly. So after a few weeks of messaging back and forth on several different channels, I am here asking if it's not too late to be added back into the drop (as I understand nothing has shipped on from Massdrop yet)? XiK@XiK how god damn useless does massdrop have to be to ignore my address change I've notified them of repeatedly for MONTHS and managed to change it on two other open orders which arrived perfectly fine?
This way it's probably lost since it will hit customs before I can get some kind of redirection going.

XiK@XiK I'd love to know how I can receive my package. I assume it should bounce back to the sender if it cannot be delivered and nobody feels like paying for it. When that happens can someone finally slap the correct address on and send it to me? Who can I get in contact with?
XiK@XiK I don't know if you have any form of contact with Hammer but would you happen to know the status of the defective cap replacements? I have been waiting months upon months for even a reply to my message to him on GH for replacements since some of my sets came with a LOT of warped and misaligned caps and I really want to get replacements for them soon.
