I received my package in the mail today, and most of it looks good, but I purchased the grey HHKB kit, which stated here would include a row 1 beige (alpha colored) pipe key as well as the mod colored one. I have only received the mod colored one, and wanted to post here to check if anyone had the same issue.

happaSo if Drop actually decides to do anything about this, that'll mean I'm waiting for fixed Pegaso homing and 3 alpha colored pipe keys. RIP

happaSame issue here as well. The kit looks nice but looks off without an alpha pipe key. @SpencerL will there be any resolution coming for this?

happaSame, only recieved mod colored 1u pipe key which messes up my layout having a mod colored key surrounded on both sides with alpha colored keys.

happaI just got an email about this. Instead of the promised alpha colored pipe key, which is absolutely essential for a proper looking HHKB layout, we get $10 drop credit.
With GMK Oblivion a single fixed key was shipped afterwards too, now suddenly that's a "strenuous logistical process" so we just don't bother. Once again Drop proving how little they care.
I guess I can only blame myself for being stupid enough to buy something keyboard-related from this site again.

PaulNAlso pretty pissed about this, I’m gonna go with Taobao next time for CRP. And after the box60 ships that’s the last item I’m ever receiving anything from drop. Sending out the one key to everyone is what’s right in this situation, especially when the manufacturer is offering to send them out. Gives everyone 0 confidence ordering from you again.

PaulNEchoing this. Unfortunately, I'm pretty disappointed by the handling of this situation. It would have been much better if Drop had just been honest from the beginning and said they weren't going to include the alpha pipe. Again, like @Hypnotyk has already said, it invalidates the HHKB kit.

How do you do per-key RGB lighting on a Shift V2?
I saw the online configurator that lets you do this on the Shift V1, where it spits out a compiled firmware file to flash. The V2 doesn't seem to have this function in the Windows configurator, though. I can't imagine the answer here is "you're going to have to manually write the hex for every key in QMK, compile it, and flash that".
