I've had my printer for about 4 months with STILL no luck of having a successful print. When I print using PLA the object will start moving with the nozzle mid print and when I use ABS the print will finish but the object is not smooth at all and really blotchy. I have tried many different solutions such as adjusting the layer height in the splicer, adjusting the temperature, and leveling out the bed by putting a card underneath the nozzle as I move it around the entire bed to be sure its level. Can anybody help?
Can you please upload the sketch files used with this printer? I need to reconfigure the esteps, and I have tried several different sketches, but they just aren't properly configured. Thank you!

We have just submitted our order of the HB-007 3D Printer with Hanbot
Now that the bulk order has been placed, Hanbot is preparing the order for shipment. In the meantime, we will also be preparing our warehouse to handle the reshipment of the product to everyone as soon as the order arrives.
We are just waiting for confirmation on the shipment schedule from Hanbot now, we will be sure to update again here once that’s available.

I'm running into some issues with setup. I get a light on the PCB and the power supply, but the fan won't start up. The PCB looks pretty beat up from shipping -- most of the pins are bent, and the metal enclosure for the USB port was smooshed flat. I bent it back into place to plug the mini USB in, but my computer doesn't seem to recognize it.
On top of that, I get errors when trying to install any of the software.
There is not a lot of info online re: these machines, but I sent an email to Hanbot directly. I thought I would reach out here, too, to see if you guys had any troubleshooting resources.
Just a note to anyone that orders this: The extruder differs from what is pictured but it's been working wonderfully for me. Also, The cooling fan is somewhat ineffective and there aren't any readily available fan mounts that work with this easily. I just use a table fan on low when printing PLA and that has greatly improve the quality.
