The notebook cover arrived damaged (there is a cut that will release the string and inhibit it from holding the notebook) and the seller will not respond to my multiple emails (over a course of a week and even included pictures) to the email address he posted here.
Despite his claim here that he has a "lifetime warranty", he doesn't even seem to want to replace initially faulty item.
I don't know what to say. I will probably have to spend a lot of time working through PayPal to get my money back for this faulty product.
