JDDFI tried these on in-store and they seem to run pretty true-to-size, if not just the smallest of tads small. I'm a US 9.5 and these fit exactly in a 9.5, with lightweight socks on. They do seem to run quite narrow though, if that's an issue for you.
JDDFDefinitely true to size and roomy enough for wide feet.
Let me edit to say why I disagree with @wickedpixel. I found them to be roomy enough for my feet. I need huge punches on every ski boot - even 102-104mm lasted ones - so I'm not a ballerina over here. You do have to move laces around to get extra room in the toe. But, once you shift the slack in the laces, I think the Rotpunkts do a good job of accommodating a huge range of foot shapes and sizes.
