*Help* Screw in stabilizers not fitting in Dropshift V2 keyboard
I'm trying to build a mechanical keyboard with screw in stabilizers, I've build some mechanical keyboards with click-in stabilizers, never with screw in. Somehow one of the pins of the metal top-part collides with the screw in stabilizer of the numpad "enter key". I already tried grinding of a bit of the pin that collides with the stabilizer, but unfortunately I can't make it fit/close properly. You can see that the pin of the toppart leaves a mark on the bottompart of the stabilizer, see picture 2. What am I missing? Using Durock V2 in a Dropshift fullsize V2. See pictures below, thanks in advance!

You will get to pick every option to customize the cable, USB connections (gold?), style of sleeve, shrink, custom length, even coiled USB cable if you like - they can do pretty much whatever you like even if it is not in the store! I highly recommend working with Pexon if you really want to add customization and class to your board.
They will also make you a set where you swap the internal filco cable with a custom replacement that has a connector either right outside the case or you can specify a "tail" length. My Realforce has a dual cable setup in so I can quick disconnect the board and swap out another mechanical at will (without having to change anything what is plugged in to any USB ports on my actual PC).
Since my Filco's cable is non-detachable, I'd imagine that if I force my keyboard into this carrying case, the cable will have to bend, and. I'm worried that repeated stress on the cable when it's stored in this carrying case will cause the cable to deteriorate. I hope that makes sense.
I hope this helps! If you need links to the "how to" step-by-step guides available for opening the case and creating a support for a female USB connector I can look them up for you. Then you just either modify your factory cable yourself for inside the case connecting to the actual hardware; (and end up buying an "external" USB A to USB mini B male to attach to your mod'ed Filco or I pointed you to Pexon as he will send you custom made kits with 2 cables, one to attach to your keyboards internal PCB (swap out the Filco cable all together)that will then exit the case and plug into a matching custom cable that connects to your PC.
You can essentially leave yourself a port for a 'removable' cable on your Filcos case - or have a short length of cable come out of the board which connects (mini USB male to mini USB female), this is where you can have any length custom made in a matching set. The nice thing is Pexon will send you the Filco internal cable wired with the same pung for you to swap once you have opened the filco case. Then you are free to do whatever you life from there. :)
