Pretty cool to see a local company on this site. I bought a cutting board from them about 6 months ago and it is holding up great. I oil my cutting board about once per month since I use it more than your average person. I wanted something a little different so I asked them if they could put a border on it. This board is huge since I wanted a large board plus a border. I think the board turned out great and is holding up very well.

liftomaniaLooks like the border has a "trough"? I don't know what the real term is.

liftomaniaTwo years ago, I bought an oak cutting board on Ebay, 2in deep, 18 in wide, 30 in long, with no channel. Have been treating it monthly with mineral oil, and use it on an almost daily basis. Still looks like new. Careful not to use a serrated knife, as it acts like a saw. I am wondering if this one would hold up as well, considering the woods used. It is a great looking piece.
