This is tempting, but I will be new to using a DAC with my iPhone 6+, the Apple CCK, and the Noble X IEMs. I've read reports (albeit many from late 2016) of problems with pops and clicks in this kind of setup. These problems are not specific the HeadAmp, but it makes me wary of even a $200-250 purchase if all I will experience is irritation.
Can anyone say whether the use of a DAC and iPhone connected with the CCK is still a noisy mess?

I've never heard any pops or clicks on Mojo and iPhone 6 with the CCK until I read about it plaguing Dragonfly users. It's too bad coz I want the Dragonfly.

I have an iphone 6s and use the Apple CCK with my Mojo, ifi iDSD micro and Oppo HA-2 with no problems. Since the iphone is my main player for portable use, I will continue to use the CCK connector. I have ordered the Pico DAC/Amp, and have no worries about it's performance with the iphone.

it's been a long time since i used my Apple CCK + Pico DAC/Amp with my iphone or ipad, but it always worked for me no problems, so i expect that to be the case unless Apple has been making changes lately.

I own one, and in two years have never experienced pops or clicks.
