I once got a watch from them and it arrived faulty. It took weeks to get a reply from customer support for them to tell me to ship it back and I would get a replacement. So, I sent it back and got no reply from them for at least two or three months. After commenting on their public social media, they deleted my posts and finally sent me an email that they were going to send me a new watch. Didn't believe them until it arrived (fortunately without issues this time). They are ok watches if you get a good one, but you better pray you won't have to deal with them directly.
