I wanted to chip in, as I just received my order from the latest drop. I purchased the model with a white dial, and I'm very pleased with what I received. The case finishing is clean, the printing on the dial is sharp with good legibility, and the slightly curved sapphire crystal adds a nice vintage touch.
For those of you with smaller wrists, the 40mm case diameter may sound like pushing it, but I find that the Silverstone wears noticeably smaller than other 40mm watches I own for two reasons. Firstly, the lugs curve significantly in order to nicely hug the wrist - fortunately, I have't experienced any issues with comfort or with the lugs digging into my wrist. Secondly, the majority of the dial's functional elements are contained within the chapter ring, which does not extend all the way to the bezel. Much in the same way a diving bezel can reduce the perceived size of a watch, this layout serves to decrease the effective visual presence of the Silverstone's dial.
I'd also like to address the concerns of those who might consider $150 a steep price to pay for a quartz watch. Most importantly, you are getting a Seiko VK64 meca-quartz movement, which gives you some advantages over both mechanical and purely quartz movements - namely, you get quartz accuracy with mechanical aesthetics and functionality. Another factor to consider is servicing costs - for many, the costs associated with maintaining a mechanical chrono can be quite unappealing, whereas maintenance of the Silverstone will ultimately be much cheaper. Lastly, I believe Helgray is offering a high-value package here - the Silverstone could be favorably compared to both the Autodromo Prototipo ($625) and the Geckota C1 Racing Chrono V2 ($403.95), all of which feature the same Seiko VK64 movement as well as similar designs and finishing.
That being said, I do have a couple complaints. Firstly, the watch comes packaged with plastic films which protect the crystal, caseback, crown, and chrono pushers. The films on the crystal and caseback are easily peeled off, but the blue colored films on the crown and pushers do not readily peel and need to be carefully scraped off, which creates the risk of scratching the polished finish. Secondly, as many have mentioned, there may be problems with chrono second and minute hand alignment. My watch came with the chrono second hand very slightly misaligned to the left, although the chrono minute hand was correctly aligned. The issue is very minor to me, but if you are a perfectionist when it comes to your watches, please note that this issue appears to be very common among Silverstones. Thirdly, the clasp on my bracelet arrived jammed, and will not open - this was both disappointing and made removing the bracelet to replace it with the OEM leather strap particularly difficult. I am not sure whether the warranty covers this, but I will likely have the bracelet repaired at a jeweler.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Silverstone. To summarize, it is well-finished, has a classic and well-balanced design, houses a respectable movement, has a domed sapphire crystal, comes with two very serviceable straps, and sits at a fair price point for the package you get.

SpiritOneI've read the same about their customer service. For a simple fix like this, I would much rather just take it to a jeweler than box the watch up, ship it off, and wait potentially several months to get it back.
