Thanks for the replies regarding my question. I appreciate it.
I have a pretty extensive watch collection, including several chronographs. All of them have a running seconds hand, either small or full dial. I'm also almost positive this is the way this watch is supposed to be. However, in this regard it's different from any other chronograph I've ever owned.
There was no owner's manual included. And the company has ignored my request for information. It's been about ten days now...which is quite unprofessional and "low class."
But I really like the watch. Also, without the running seconds hand it's impossible to set it to atomic time. Based on the minute hand, however, it appears to be very accurate.
