There was a mixup at our warehouse due to our incompetence. Our tracking shows that the box of markers have arrived, but our inbound group hasn't logged it into our system yet. We're investigating and should have a resolution tomorrow. I'm also bugging our systems people to put in place some flags to prevent this from happening again.
