Mine says it shipped out and there was a tracking number on the "My transactions" page. I was never emailed a tracking number but the tracking number showed up there. If you haven't checked there try that

What number are you referring to exactly? All mine shows is a Transaction ID that been up since purchase date. I've tried the transaction ID fully, and partially in tracking sites and it does not recognize. If I click on Track Shipping button it either opens up new tab with same My Transactions page (in Chrome), or opens a dead link blank tab (in Internet Explorer).
