I got these off Amazon and I have to say Amazing! No issues at all. Who needs ANC? My Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 3s used to be the GOAT, but the HELM TWS is louder and has more BASS impact. The sound quality is very good, but the MTW3 is better overall in sound. But great job HELM!
Does anyone know how to hard reset these?
My right earpiece is stuck, I can't pair to it nor can I find it through bluetooth, and the blue light is always on. I've tried pressing the button and putting it back in the case but it's still doesn't turn off, I've also tried to reset it by holding the button for 15-20 seconds but it does nothing to the right earpiece, it does work on the left one.
Edit: I can't connect to the left one as well now.
Is it normal for these to hiss/buzz when there are long pauses in songs or when no music is playing?
I'm too used to my BTR5 to know if this is normal. Thanks.
I wouldn't mind it if it was just when there's no audio, my Schiit stack hiss too when there's no audio but the HELM also does it during songs. I listen to a lot of ballads where there's usually low volume or small pauses "Heaven" by Kyle Julian, and "6 8 12" & "Marry Me" by Khel Pangilinan on Spotify are great examples of it hissing during songs. It's just disappointing considering it actually sounds good.
RlKieveAnother factor in this conversation is the seal and fit of the TW5's - due to the fact that for many users they seal so well things like amp noise feel more pronounced than other makes that have some passive seal leakage and ambient noise can mask the noise floor. At this price point and size the challenges are a tricky balance between a quality audio experience and keeping things within range for as many consumers as possible.
I've used other wireless earbuds before but they weren't as top notch as these. Do these have any noticeable delay to them compared to a regular wired IEM?
TheOneAndOnlyI know with the JLABs I only could connect the right alone. But you can make the left the main ear bud by reconnecting it separately. You pretty much only take out the left then hold the button and it will enter bluetooth discovery mode and you can connect just the left. Might be different about Jabra but look into it.
TheOneAndOnlyYes u can use either one. I use one at a time while at work. But I never had to switch to the other because just the one last my hole shift! 👍
Looking at the possibility of issues with the first pair received, just wondering if you offer free replacement outside the USA as well, particularly India. If not, what would be the solution for a defective pair shipped to India?
