I received mine today and they have sent me an older model. There is no apt-X and the Bluetooth version is 4.1 not 5.0. When I read the instructions and saw 4.1 I knew I was in trouble. Drop had better make this right!!! We shall see. Anyone else have this problem??
Just received mine today. Haven’t even opened the box. The part number is for the 4.0! I did not pay for this. What a load of crap. This better be taken care of or the charge will be disputed.

I emailed Drop as well with a photo clearly showing the box and model number and received a generic email requesting photos. If there is any Drop customer service reps looking at this I hope you guys get your shit straight. Helm has been great at correcting this. Drop has been worthless. I’ve had around six Drop transactions in the past few months. But the way they are handling this will cease any further future transactions. I don’t have time for bs from careless online retailers.
I have to agree with you!! My camera is broken but Helm did not ask for a pic, just some jerk from Drop. I have not heard back from either so far. This is terrible. We live on a fixed income and this is a lot of money to spend on ear phones. Thanks!!
It is almost 2 am and I am very sick. I sent the info but I will do it one last time. I have Pancreatic Cancer and have a hard time jumping through all these hoops. Thank God it is the slow growing kind. I just don't have the energy to keep doing this. Please let me know if you get it this time

I got another message from this Brett guy. He is demanding pictures. I drove to my friends and got his camera. For some reason I had to send them one at a time but I did send them. I hope he has enough to satiate his soul.
Bob, we received shipping info today and unless there's some strange new hurdle the TW5's will ship tomorrow. You should receive an email with details from Helm (not Drop.) Again I'm sorry for the complications, but it looks like the fix is in place and being deployed tomorrow.
