One major thing to not is if you are using it as a dac pass through don't have it balanced it takes to long to process the audio but for music it works really week and powers most headphones well enough for my liking.
For the money, the sound is impeccable, and the quality and included accessories are spot-on. Feature-wise it is ok; I use Qobuz and am bummed that I can't download songs there for offline listening. For everyday use listening to my own music library on the go this is the ideal size, weight, sound quality, and price for me. I use it quite a bit when out and about, and couldn't fathom the expense and size of many portable players for that use-case. This fits the bill perfectly and I'm content that I got what I paid for.
In the artist list, it alphabetizes bands beginning with "The" in the T's, rather than where they should go based on the next word in the name. The Beatles should be in the B's, not the T's.
I can't deal with this idiotic design choice. How do you screw this up? The mind boggles.
Now I have to try to sell it because Drop won't take a return because it's technically not a defect.
