It may be called a lasagna pan, but Mrs. Anderson’s ceramic is capable of much more than just that. Use it for roasting, baking, and serving anything from ziti to mac and cheese to casseroles to roasted veggies. It works just as well as a serving dish, too. Backed by high-fired ceramic with a scratch-free glaze, the pan is resilient and durable. Pop it in the oven to temperatures up to 500 degrees, and stack it in the dishwasher when it’s time for cleanup. The wide handles on both sides make it easy to pick up when you’re ready to eat. Feel free to add an individual lasagna pan at checkout, too.
