One of the first IEMs from a manufacturer that’s still new on the scene, the HiFi Boy OS V3 is getting a lot of love from the audiophile community. It uses a triple-driver configuration with one ultra-high-frequency balanced armature, one high-frequency balanced armature, and one 7-millimeter dynamic driver with a magnetic composite diaphragm Read More
So I had these for about a year or two and they sound great but they open up and get damaged quite easily. I had to glue them about 2 times. Still worth it though and for 125, you get a lot of detail and I enjoy the spaciousness and the depth of the sound. Quite often I think something is happening around me, but it's just the iems. Like people walking in the studio. They are that good.
Got these off here. They are great. Nice thiccc anc clean bass. Kind of a v but mids aren’t too far back. Well done... cable kinda sucks but the iems themselves are well built and comfy and come with a nice case and lot of tips.
The iems i have heard much positive things for the price range, but i have yet heart by self myself. I do have the cable though which i user with my in ears and it is a nice cable both aesthetically and sonically. It has no microphonics that i can hear at all and sounds very clean with all the music and audio I listen to. As far as Aesthetics go I'm happy and the build seems Tough Enough without being too rigid
I own a pair (not from Massdrop). They're quite good. Nice, non-boomy, but thick bass, good midrange (albeit a bit smoother than I'd like) and an extended high end. Fit great. I use a balanced cable, so I can't really say anything about the cable they ship with other than they ship with a cable. They're my first choice for listening while working out--they fit me securely without feeling tight.
