When do we get our headphones :| It has been almost a month!
I agree. If they don't get mailed out this week, I won't be very satisfied.<br /><br />I was initially told 15 days. Once that didn't happen, I contacted them almost 2 weeks ago and was informed they would be shipping last week and we'd receive them this week. <br /><br />Once that didn't happen, I checked back here (which I am doing frequently, and not seeing many, if any, official updates from MassDrop). Sounds like they are supposedly shipping this week according to Rayvolution. It's already more than halfway through the week and they have still to ship. I'm going to be disappointed if they don't ship this week after all of that.<br /><br />I understand complications can arise, especially if they are working with a vendor whom is overseas. But all I ask for is some communication here so we know when to expect them. It sucks not knowing. <br /><br />A company concerned about customer service would issue apologies when they miss the mark by weeks. I'm not even asking for this. I just merely want to know a reliable estimate of the status so I don't have to sit on the edge of my seat for a month and a half waiting for these things. The wait is excruciating!<br /><br />That said, don't want to complain too much because we got a killer deal on a great pair of headphones. Thanks for setting this up MassDrop! Just please treat your customers with some decency and respect. We understand when complications arise, however I deserve to be kept in the loop if that's the case, especially when I'm waiting for a $400 component to be delivered to my apartment and it has missed the mark for a couple of weeks now :)
