Ortho headphones are naturally heavier than dynamic headphones. I have a pair of the HE400 and personally, I have not found comfort to be an issue at all after you get used to the weight. the headband is quite wide & distributes the weight very evenly. I have the velour pads, they are available for $10. The sound quality of these headphones are amazingggg!!! I would highly recommend this product.
The Fidelio X1 was recently on Amazon Gold Box for $150, so if you are patient you can probably get a really good deal for it if you are willing to wait a bit. The DT900 pro 250 ohms is available on amazon currently for $150.

There are lots of lightweight planar magnetic headphones. For the modern ones, Fostex ones are quite light. And plenty of vintage ones (Yamaha, vintage fostex, etc.) are the same weight or lighter than the average dynamic headphone.
These and audeze are just too heavy for me, they sounds good though.
