I like the jacket but for some reason the sleeves are too tight. I can't wear a sweater underneath without feeling that the sleeves are going to rip and also numbness after a while of wearing it. Around the torso the jacket has a lot of room. I think this is a defective jacket.

That's fill power. The OP asked for the fill weight. It would also be nice to know the denier or weight of the fabric. That will help us estimate the warmth of this and how well it compares to other jackets in the same weight class.

Looks like a sick deal even without having heard anything about the maker. Hood looks small, not helmet compatible? Nice that it's got some adjustment though.
