It's a solid knife, at least the one I received. Blade is nice and strong, and the axis lock is super solid feeling. I didn't have any looseness in mine, though that may vary from knife to knife.
A couple of things to keep in mind. The blade is really top notch in terms of materials and fit and finish. It is on the slightly thicker side, however, so it's super strong but not as good at slicing as something like a PM2. It feels like a super rugged blade, however, due to the D2 steel and thickness.
The handle is FAR from ergonomic feeling. The edges of the G10 scales are beveled, but it's a very coarse single bevel and still presents fairly sharp and uncomfortable edges. If those edges were smoothed out or sanded down, the knife would be much more pleasant to use. Because of that, it hasn't found its way I to my regular EDC rotation. I plan on filing or sanding down those edges at some point, but until then I have a number of knives that feel much nicer in the hand. This could otherwise be a go-to knife for hard jobs.
So this is a really solid knife with some finish issues in the handle. Worth the price if you don't mind the slightly uncomfortable handle.
