I did not receive my order. I have sent in three customer support tickets over the past week (third one was just an hour ago though) and received zero response so far.

We've heard from a few other members that they submitted tickets we could not locate in our system, and we have contacted our help ticket software provider about the issue so we can resolve that. It looks like our team has been emailing with you to resolve this, thanks for your patience.

UzuzuFunny you say that, MD did drop the mini not too long ago and a lot of people was asking for the full version LOL I would go through the drop histories and request the mini again.
