I just received mine in the mail today.
First impressions are positive, one of the better factory edges I've had, and has a nice weighty/quality feel, not to the point where it becomes impractical to carry though, just a nice in-the-hand feel.
Ergonomics are not all there, but it's a small blade for small tasks, the jimping is unfortunately impractical and does not bite into the thumb at all.
All the materials feel of high quality, but fit and finish isn't superb:
Blade centering is a bit off, the G10 scales don't mate flush with the liners, and there is an ever-so-slight up / down blade play, the AXIS lock action was a bit crunchy at first, but after playing with it for a few hours on and off, it has gotten satisfyingly smooth.
Overall I would recommend the knife, and I do feel what I got is worth what I paid, but for a small EDC knife it is pricey and I would like to see more attention to detail.

aslplsthxJust to touch on this, I wear a size medium glove and the grip accommodates all of my fingers. However, if you're hand is any bigger, you're going to have a dangling pinkie finger.
I personally love it. It leaves very little printing in the pocket and doesn't get in the way.

pooteRsI wear a size large, and if I hold it uncomfortably, I can get all fingers on the handle.
However, the handle length isn't really the ergonomic fault for me as I am coming from a SOG Flash I for EDC, which is notably shorter than the HK AXIS Mini.
It's the lack of functional jimping, and from a design perspective the absence of any kind of thumb ramp (but I knew it lacked a thumb ramp before buying it).
I think the handle design, and the handle choil are just fine, when I grip the knife, it locks into the hand, but the thumb rest grip to have a really good purchase on it is completely missing.
Don't get me wrong, I love the knife, and showed several of my co-workers today who aren't knife guys, and they all appreciated it's quality (that's rare!). I'm just giving a critical opinion that may hopefully help someone else if any of what I mentioned are deal breakers to them.
The jimping really bugs me because it's something that COULD be functional, it was just a matter of design choice.
Worth noting, I am admittedly spoiled by Spyderco's ergonomics and jimping.

aslplsthxOh I completely understand/agree. I just wanted to put in my .02. Seems to be a very good knife for smaller folks.
