Did some research and folks seem to like the sheath on the Plan D better than the TDI.
Thinner blade + better profile with the wharncliffe + longer handle + made in USA = win over the TDI.
I was ready to pull the trigger on this drop but found it cheaper on knifecenter. For those in California 47.99+4.39tax+3.00shipping = $3 more than the total price on Knifecenter.
If you don't need to pay taxes on this then MD is a better deal.
