I really liked the pen until the upper magnet fall out.I put it back in,but unbeknown to me i put it back in upside down.Now it does not hold the pen in properly and will not come out for love or money.Neat pen i do like.

I joined for one of these last drop. It's a pretty good product, though if I'd had a model to "test" first I don't know if I would have paid $45 (let alone $60) for it. It's sturdy and I haven't had any issues with damage from rough treatment. I swapped out the cartridge it came with and replaced it with a Signo RT 0.38, which fits perfectly. It will only take refills in that general shape, so unfortunately I wasn't able to use my hi-tec-c refills. My only real complaint is that the magnet that holds the pen to the barrel isn't very strong, so it's easy to dislodge with only a bit of shaking. I keep mine in a bag, so this doesn't really affect me, but people looking to tack it onto a keyring or have it hang should be aware that you might find the pen missing one day.
Don't get me wrong, I like the product overall and use it frequently. I'm just listing my personal negatives here for other potential buyers, so this probably seems a lot worse than it is.
Note that this drop only comes with a single tip (this is the "new" pen, I believe, so it doesn't have the old angled / screw one that let you use other refills if you trimmed the barrel. The new tip is very much drafting-style, so you can only use the uniball ones). It also does not include the lanyard you might see in their product photos elsewhere.

Terrible product. Just received mine, and despite figuring out that the attachments are reverse-threaded (turn counterclockwise to loosen), still can't take one off. Customer service is giving me grief on getting a replacement. All of this makes me re-think my relationship with MassDrop going forward.

Bulk order shipped! The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive on 11/3.
