The description says the buttons are made of silica gel--is that supposed to say silicone? Silica gel would be a weird choice.

90% of my orders from DROP has been or is delayed.
I don't remember the last time DROP has delivered an order on time. Even in stock item take weeks to ship.

These are also available on Amαz0n with free shipping. I ordered mine on Sep 16th and got them on Sep 28th (China to USA).
The profile is (or approximates) OEM, so compared to the keys that came with my ALT, there are no obvious height differences except for the little gamepad buttons on top of the keycap itself.

A few notes here - I ordered this through kprepublic before the group buy showed up here. Everyone's comments are correct - free shipping, but it can take a while to get to you (I'm in US and it took maybe 3 weeks? My previous order took almost 4 months because of COVID).
There is definitely a noticeable height difference compared to my cherry keycaps, enough to where I'm deciding whether I want to keep the Holyoops keycap on this keyboard or not. As far as the build quality and materials used for the keycap itself, the aluminum and silicone build feels high quality and sturdy.

Minor update, I went ahead and moved it to my esc key and it sets pretty flush with the rest of the row. I prefer it this way, for sure, although it looks a little goofy.

I got this email today (24 Dec)
"We have an important update on Holyoops Gamepad Aluminum Artisan Keycap. We expect to start shipping these out beginning 1/06/2021. Our apologies for any inconvenience" (6th Jan I assume, I'm Australian we do D/M/Y, I assume the date is M/D/Y
I didn't get the email they sent out before, only saw it when someone else posted the updated here.
