Maybe the drop page just got updated or something, but it says: "Cleanable, replaceable filter lasts up to 18 months" - Yeah filter is as much as the unit itself, but you clean it every 3 months and replace it every 12-18 sounds like.

Homedics apparently discontinued the filters for this thing. As in, they don't even make them anymore. You'd be dropping $100 for 3 months worth of filtration.

Good luck finding filters for these. We had this and returned it. The filters are so hard to find and on Amazon they are like nearly $100 PER one filter.
