Hello friends!
Me and @HotKeysProject teamed up and designed these funny little guys based on my bucket head! We recently made a troll desk mat and I wonder if we should make new designs such as this one below?
SamSoloIf you think $20 for an artisan is bad, you're going to have a really bad time. Most aftermarket prices are $75+, ranging from $50 all the way up to $300. $20 is absolutely nothing. This product is a niche item in an already niche community (keyboards, artisans). If you can't dish up the money for a unique product, then don't. Not judging you.
iFuwySure that's an argument but this isn't handmade artisans like Dwarf-factory for example (which I would buy for atleast $100 if it was one I really loved) and if you bought the keyluminatti in the GMK PULSE GB then you had 15 caps for $23... And even if this has one cap with 3 colors and one with 4 I really dont think it justifies the price.

If it's "Only on Massdrop", why is it "$19.99 ~$24.99"
When/where has it ever been $24.99?
It's a good product. It doesn't need sleaziness to sell. Just spare the crap and stick to the cap, please.
ferretallicaI think it's because the HotKeysProject's keycaps normally sell for about $20 to $30, on average about $25:

One of the exceptions is the Skull Bones series which are normally around $20 and have overall the same technique as the XX) ones:

Not sure if HKP plans to supply the XX) later down the road in his website, but I believe they would be $25 there given the MRSP seen here. But I agree with you, sometimes these MRSP things can be a bit misleading.

@MiTo@HotKeysProject All on board for laserwave! No way am I going to miss out on this. Thanks guys! Still hoping for R3 for Laser sets dropping again.
Wish there would be an SA version to work with SA Laser. I’m in anyways since I missed this the last time and I have GMK Laser for it. Thanks for bringing this back. Hope the desk mat gets produced as well as the Canvas desk mat.
Despite the most recent drop being for SA profile? It looks like there's quite a difference between a Cherry R1 and an SA R1:

I feel like these are going to stick out (without actually sticking out, physically).
