HRT Music Streamer III DAC

That i know, but i was wondering the differences DAC wise, I don't really understand the technical specs to compare them my self, do they sound the same if I use the micro as DAC only? Basicly I am asking what sounds better? if you take out the MS amp advantage? They cost the same so there must be some advantage for the MusicStreamer Dac other wise it doesn't make any sense..

I have a MSIII. Thinking about getting this for work.
