How is it compared to the microstreamer dac? whats the advantage of this over the microstreamer?

Microstreamer is also a headphone amp and has a checkbox for compatibility with samsung phones. The phone support, for whatever reason, is not actually listed on the product page itself, so who knows.

mathnerdThat i know, but i was wondering the differences DAC wise, I don't really understand the technical specs to compare them my self, do they sound the same if I use the micro as DAC only?
Basicly I am asking what sounds better? if you take out the MS amp advantage?
They cost the same so there must be some advantage for the MusicStreamer Dac other wise it doesn't make any sense..

I really wish I had the money for this drop, and as far as the MSII is concerned I was going to buy it for under a 100$ but family things happened and I had to end up getting the AMB Gamma 1

I have the MS II and like it a lot. Would have to seriously consider the Music Streamer HD if it came up on Massdrop.
