This is ridiculous! I have not received mine yet. I live 4 hours from NJ and it has been almost 2 weeks since it left the warehouse. People in Michigan already have had theirs for almost a week and are posting pictures. I just did a 6hr round trip in one day to take my daughter to college. You'd think a shipping company could do the same, not over a week to get it to a USPS office which is only half the total trip if they just went straight through. For $20 more I can order it from Amazon today and be here in two days, probably still beating the order from Massdrop to my door.

TheDarkKnightI agree. It would be much appreciated if Massdrop could reach out to DHL and find out what logistical fubar is keeping a package that has been 1 hour from my house for 5 days from reaching me.

TheDarkKnightDarkKnight, have you received yours yet? I still have not (NH). GoZags in WA state just got his. I messaged Massdrop support but received no response. I have a bad feeling about this...

NewZeroNeither have I, USPS still shows 'pre-shipment' status. I have had a response from Massdrop the other day, but it was in no way satisfying.

NewZeroI just saw an update, I think on the DHL site. It says 'en route Orlando FL' . Really?? WTF?? I'm in VA, 4 hours south of NJ. It's in or headed to the most south of NJ it can be. I just don't get what's going on. Of course DHL is closed on the weekend so I can't even call and chew them out...

TheDarkKnightNothing here either. Massdrop response is the same, keep waiting! First, they fail to appreciate the fact that they have had $167.00 of my money since July 9. Telling me to hope that it will show up by this magical 10 business day window isn't a strategy for customer satisfaction. If they are going to deal in items that are over $100, they should use a service that has verifiable tracking. If this were FedEx or UPS ground, the minute that tracking went off the rails someone would be on top of it. The minute this package missed it's estimated delivery window, someone from DHL (prodded by Massdrop) should have been on the phone with USPS asking what the deal was. Right now Massdrop is stalling until their SLA of 10 business days with DHL runs over before they do anything. Complaining to DHL is useless. I honestly believe there is one girl who answers the phone, talked to her every time I call. All she can say is that if it isn't here tomorrow, call Massdrop and they will give me "options." Sorry, but I already know what those are.

NewZeroI talked to a guy at DHL. He said he'll make a note in the system that there is a problem with their NJ facility. I told him you live a hour from the ship point and not got yours, but people in WA state got theirs. He said it is unheard of. Do you have an Orlando FL update like mine?

TheDarkKnightThanks. No, I still show DHL: Handed off to USPS, and USPS: Pre-shipment notification received. Probably on a truck somewhere in Alaska by now :)

NewZeroI was told by DHL that it wasn't actually handed off to USPS. If it shows preshipment still on USPS' page, that means it hasn't yet been received. 'Tendered to USPS' it is scheduled to be handed off and they have made USPS aware that it going to be handed off. The problem is it never was and is still in DHL's possession. Massdrop offered a refund but that means I'm out this good deal and will have to pay more to get it somewhere else. The other option they gave was to wait possibly 3-4 weeks till they get another shipment in from the vendor. That's another month of waiting till they give it to DHL again to try and deliver it correctly this time. It's a lose-lose situation.

TheDarkKnightMailman came and went. I am formally requesting refund from Massdrop. Ordered off of Amazon, paid $10 more, will have it tomorrow. The way I look at it, the drop wasn't that great. This isn't a $400 MSRP drone when Hubsan sells it on their own site for $174. https://www.hubsanus.com/shop/h502s.html

NewZeroI am so aggravated with DHL. They said it was last scanned in Florida. There was an error and it was sent to a post office down there, yet no post office has received it. The problem with a refund is I paid for the extra add ons. The extra battery and props. With all that Amazon is $20 more. I have been ready to go through Amazon but I won't have the extras and pay more. Its actually $30 more from Amazon for the same thing (not including the extra add on pkg's) $30 is a big deal when it comes to principle, and Im already stretching to get this one. I could have 3 batteries the way Massdrop was offering for $30. This whole thug just SUCKS!

TheDarkKnightSame exact issue for me in Virginia. DHL says 'Tendered to USPS'. USPS says preshipment info received but no package, and now something to do with Florida too. Keeping my fingers crossed that it arrives eventually. Two messages to Massdrop with zero response other than the auto that says they will get back to me shortly. They shouldn't send that message out if it's not true because that makes it even more frustrating.

aclark66I just ordered a 4 pack of batteries with two additional USB chargers for $39 dollars shipped. That's a little less than $10 a battery PLUS I can charge three batteries at a time. Again, I like the idea of Massdrop, but this drop in particular has been a big flop. I hope DHL can compensate for the shipping AND future lost business.
