TortoiseThunderReally? Perhaps you could explain racist/demeaning/ and "today's social media"--I mean from a turtle's point of view, anyway?
And while you're at it, explain that other part where you say: "I prefer to ignore his comments, I pretend Raymond is not here." --or not, that would be okay too.
RayeNVM. I figured it out. For anyone wondering, just click on "join drop". It doesn't automatically commit you and you can see shipping. I'm sure most everyone else already knows this, though. ;)
ColourD3vi1Very true, but fixable. Per their website: fill it with water and the juice from 1 lemon, then freeze. I've done it to mine and it fixed it completely.
To answer my previous question. These are absolutely NOT compatible with the Sawyer water filters. It may be the same size opening, but the threads are of a completely different and incompatible spacing. Sucks for me as I
purchased a bunch of these for that purpose (for myself and family).
DO NOT purchase these for use with Sawyer products.
Moral of the story. Trust your gut. Ignore people that quote specs back to you (rather than knowledge) as if that should be the self evident answer to your query.
Looks like I’m all set for white elephant gifts for a while.
dirtherderThanks! I came here hoping someone would have this info. I guess it was too good to be true. Might still pick up a couple for the desert section of the CDT for when I want to carry extra.
dirtherderGlad I read your post! This is exactly what I was interested in them for and HydraPak is missing the boat until they are compatible with Sawyer products! TY
Does anyone know how these do in the cold? We like to have a container of water on us while skiing - but have not had much luck with other collapsible bottles.
cnewman1984It looks like Amazon has a single 1L bottle for $17 + free shipping right now, so this drop works out to be cheaper as long as shipping is less than $12
Is the only attachment point the loop projecting from around the mouth of the product or does this have the flat attachment points along the side like the other HydraPak products?
