Finally got the product. Has one small dent near the top. Really thin and useless bubble wrap that is loosely wrap around the product and a plastic bag for shipping. Nothing remotely close to when I got my Lifeline 7500 64oz Growler, which came in a thick cardboard box with really thick bubble wrap. This also took 36 days to ship out for some reason.

I got mine in barely acceptable condition (4 little dents) I have to tell the vendor that this kind of item can't be shipped internationally or even locally(unless you're personally driving it to them) inside a bag and a really really thin wrap.

Just wanted to say that I LOVE my Hydro Flask. It's been hot the past week or so and after leaving some ice cubes and water in my flask overnight, cubes still exist and water is still ice cold!
Pretty amazing how well and long this keeps things at their temperature. Definite must-buy!!

Mine arrived today, plastic bubble wrap inside a plastic bag...and a dent on the shoulder. Not only did I overpay for this, it arrives damaged...YAY!

So, we basically paid more to have dinged bottles, which we can't return. That's just great.
I'm very disappointed.

Mine also arrived today, with a marble sized looking dimple by the top shoulder. Same flimsy bubble wrap mailer the other user mentions. I will call hydro flask and ask if it degrades the vacuum seal or anything, I suspect it will work just as well if the damage is merely a cosmetic injury.

Mine also arrived with a big dent in the bottles. Future shipments of these definitely need to be sent in a box rather than in a bubble wrap envelope.
I was able to press the dent out (mostly- there is a little dent left), but it was very disappointing when it first arrived.

Mine has a very small ding. Also a bit out of round, like something heavy was placed on the bottle while the bottle was on it's side. Not visibly noticeable but if rotated in hand, clearly out of round. Mine arrived in a large white plastic envelope. The bottle was very loosely wrapped with a very small piece of bubble wrap. This should have shipped in a box.

Received mine today. I got the Black Butte but had ordered the Everest Blue and it has a large dent in the bottom, likely from shipping damage. I submitted a support inquiry. Hopefully the rest of you guys have better luck!
