They aren't turning on or charging and when I asked the company for help they said check the manual. I checked the manual and it had nothing to help me. They were at 100% battery, then I turned them off and they never turned back on, or showed signs of charging. There's no red light and there's no blue light and no matter what I press they don't turn on. Any advice?

Would highly recommend against purchasing. I got mine just over two months ago. The right earbud won't stay in your ear, the control unit bouncing while you run causes it to pop out. Now, my right earbud only makes noise sporadically. I thought the point of Massdrop was that it sold quality goods, but I have to recommend getting a better pair of earbuds from a store you can trust (apparently not here).

Mine just arrived. First impressions, not good. Their bass heavy, which doesn't bother me but they somehow feel like one driver isn't quite the same as the other. They don't fit, like at all. The largest included ear tip isn't big enough or its just poorly designed around the shape of the buds. they have a nice feeling weight, not too heavy like my MaCaw GT100s were but not to lite, however the controls portion is a tad big but nothing bad. I recently bought the Fresh eBuds air and they sound terrible which is why i wanted to try these, but now i'm convinced, Bluetooth isn't the way to go and i should just stick with my MaCaw GT100s. The 'ear hooks' are terrible, like unbelievably bad. the Fresh eBuds pair had a much better ear hook design that ACTUALLY STAYED IN MY EAR and didn't dismember itself every time i move. The magnet is fortunately a big improvement over my Fresh eBuds, it actually keeps them connected, yay, but lacks the whole 'disconnect to turn on' thing some other Fresh eBuds products do. They feel like they have a nice construction although the lack of any waterproofing sucks. The USB port doesn't have a cover so water can get in and i would've though that that would be an easy thing to add considering the mic looks like it was placed to be rugged and i kinda need it where i live, not for sweat proofing but because its always raining, ah well. It doesn't have a way of adjusting the cable length which isn't a killer but cheaper pairs do so take that as you will. A small oddity, the right ear tip doesn't have a seal to my ears which is the most irritating thing. Vocals initially sounded fine, until the chorus kicked in and held the drivers hostage with a 10mm. They become overpowered by the mids and bass making mostly treble voices feel like background noise. Also is it just me or did these bury the drums in the backyard because it ran it over when it was backing out of the driveway. They feel out of place, sorta like its freq has been changed somehow.
Overall they're OK but frankly just as bad as the Fresh eBuds i got. You know, my MaCaw GT100s are falling apart and iv'e already called Massdrop up once asking for a replacement so and the recent change to warranty policy means i cant again which sucks because despite feeling high qual they always fall apart at the seems, and yet they STILL work infinitely better than these and the Fresh eBuds which is expected with a nearly 100 NZD pair compared to these but its not the audio qual that draws me back to them now, its the fact that they include the right god damned size ear tips and a not completely terrible control panel. All in all, not worth it.

Available on Amazon for $19.99 😞
MuzithajPrice is and has been $39.99 on Amazon. Even if you check CCC for price history there is no data as these because they are so new. Another hint that these are a new product is there are no reviews on the product yet.
